Willys - Whippet Coupe

This 1928 Willys Whippet Coupe was commissioned by a gentleman in Canada that has since become an email friend of mine. The actual car isn’t anywhere close to being completed (or at least wasn’t when this drawing was done.) He did send a couple photographs and we had several conversations about what is plans were for building it. Because there are some definite similarities, a lot of people mistake this for a Model A Ford that was converted to a 3 Window Coupe. This is another one of my favorite street rod drawings and I had a blast drawing it. It was hand drawn using ink, permanent artist’s makers and watercolors.
